Following the indescribable annual gathering that took place this June 24th to 28th; Grail Lady Faire Festival & Conference for Enlightened Women I'm now leaving for a long awaited trip with my mother to Germany, her birthplace and the place of many special memories that have shaped who I am and the purpose I serve today. Our road trip begins in Munich, traveling directly to Landshut to partake in a famous medieval wedding festival for four days. OH Bliss!
After a few days of living in 1475 AD, we'll come back to the present and make our way through Bavaria with endless romantic roads with scattered churches, monasteries and castles such as Neuschweinstein (that which inspired Walt Disney) to our ultimate destination; the Black Forest and the famous spa town Baden-Baden (baden means 'bathe or baths').
Grail Springs is dedicated to the process of transformation and in turn, ever-evolving itself. I head to Baden-Baden with the intent to experience this ancient healing destination where remnants of Roman baths were found and where today exists some of the worlds most modern and beautiful healing spas. By taking to the thermal waters and what is traditionally called 'Die Kur', I look to bring new inspirations and experiences to Grail Springs' guests.
I look forward to sharing writings, photos and new spa experiences from 'Taking to the Waters' of Baden-Baden. Did I say 'ahhhh'?
