Week One ~ 'Wiping the Slate Clean' ~ Wellness Coach

Week one is focused on cleansing the body of toxins, and as a result we begin to eliminate many of the following symptoms:
  • inflammation
  • water retention
  • chronic pain
  • sluggishness
  • sleeplessness
  • low energy
  • bad breath
  • strong body odor
  • constipation
  • chronic bloating
  • thin hair and cracking nails
And this list goes on. If you suffer from any of the above, you should begin to feel some relief by the end of the first week.

Homework: Set your own personal goals and write them down. Keep a journal of your cleansing journey.
Ask yourself "What do I wish to accomplish besides eliminating all of the above?"...
  • weight loss
  • fit body
  • an overall healthier lifestyle
  • ability to manage stress more easily
  • reconnected with self
  • reconnect with my body
  • reconnect with food
  • inspire the whole family to get healthy and stay healthy
  • a new zest for life!
We encourage you to do this homework and even post these goals on your fridge or somewhere where the entire family can be reminded and inspired daily.

We're wiping the slate clean this week so we can start with a new palette! Cheers!
