Unplug This Weekend ~ Embrace Earth Hour ~ Wellness Coaching

  • 8am - hot water and lemon juice
  • dry skin brushing and shower
  • yoga stretch
  • 10am fruit smoothie breakfast
  • rest and relaxation
  • mid-morning snack
  • 12pm rest and meditation
  • lunch
  • long walk or jog
  • 4pm afternoon snack
  • journal about your week
  • 7pm dinner
  • detox salt bath
  • 8:30-9:30pm unplug for Earth Hour, light candles and use this time to meditate on your vision for the future of our planet
  • 10pm bed
